I can’t recommend Dr. Bailey and the entire team enough, from my very first appointment, I felt welcomed and cared for Dr. Bailey is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain every step of the treatment process. The staff is always friendly, professional and makes every visit a positive experience. After 2 years, I’m so happy with the results of my smile and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and excellent care I received throughout my treatment.

What stood out most was the atmosphere in Doctor Bailey's office. He was incredibly informative, walking me through every step of the journey, and he was caring, patient, and understanding the entire time. He did an amazing job on both my daughter and me. His dental assistants were amazing too, so personable and warm, they genuinely remember you and make you feel like a person, not just a number. I loved this office so much that I drove three hours just to see them for every appointment, and I'd do it again without hesitation. I took my kids to a few orthodontic offices in the Tyler area. When we walked into Bailey Orthodontics everyone was genuinely friendly. They were playing christian music which I appreciated because most of their patients are kids. They gave us great advice and direction and made us feel very comfortable with the plan for care and payments. We started the kids care with them. They treat us like family and we tell everyone to go to them. What a testament to the kind of man Dr Bailey is to have all of his kids working with him. I look forward to my kids appointments just to see my friends and know my kids are being well taken care of. Thank you!
