I am so relieved to finally have my braces off! I came to Dr. Bailey as a transfer patient after my previous orthodontic office closed, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. From day one, Dr. Bailey and the entire staff were incredibly pleasant and professional. One of the things I appreciated most was how respectful they were of my time. Appointments were always fast, I never had to wait long in the office, and unlike other places, I didn't have to wait a whole month plus for the next available appointment if I needed to reschedule. Even when we hit the plateau phase of my treatment, Dr. Bailey worked with me to address my concerns about symmetry and the final details. They were patient with me through the extra time it took to get things right and didn't rush me out of the chair.
